An AI learning partner for UGFN1000F — a fellow reader (Peter) that thinks through the core texts with you and never simply hands you the answer. Your own thought comes first; the bot should follow it, not overwrite it. It can be wrong. Check the passage, Blackboard, or Dr. Pang when it matters.

Two modes

Inquiry Mode (default) — ask anything about the course: the readings, deadlines, arrangements. Just type a question.

Learning Activity Mode — a timed 45-minute session that counts toward your participation grade (3% in 2026-27 T1). Use the chips and the End Session button; you do not need to memorise commands. To begin:

A specific package also accepts a short name: Newton 2 or Newton2 starts Newton-02. If a Darwin session is offered, use the Darwin chip. When you are done — especially after Round 3 — press End Session.

The three rounds

   Remember & understand. Put the text in your own words; the AI paraphrases and probes.

   Apply & analyse. Take the ideas to new cases; the AI plays gentle devil's advocate.
3. 3
   Your own question. The AI goes silent — you pose and justify a question of your own.

Finding the place in the book

The bot will not paste an answer from the text. Open the book icon to read the official course PDF. When the bot points at a definition or rule, the viewer jumps to that page. The wording there is the issued excerpt, not an AI rewrite.

You reach each round only once your answers meet its criteria. When the session ends you get a short performance summary and feedback.

This website and the Telegram bot are one and the same system: whichever you use, your registration and progress live in the same place.
